Auction Automations is pleased to announce that we have merged with Auction & Event Solutions (AES) and adapted the AES company name as our merged corporate name.  The merger provides Auction Automations with the opportunity to more quickly expand our services throughout the country.  In fact, we already have a joint presence in Colorado, Texas, Arizona, and Illinois, and a business plan in place for controlled expansion in other states through the coming years. 

AES, with over 50 years of combined event-management experience, consists of local and corporate owners and is supported with local teams of 30-40 highly trained personnel in each city.  AES has used the Auction Automations electronic bidding system for more than a year and is well equipped to assist us in the evolution of the product. 

Merging with AES also provides greater event capacity, added services, and will facilitate our combined efforts to work with an ever increasing number of local non-profits in the Colorado marketplace.  Our goal is to be able to handle multiple events on the same evening beginning in January, 2009 – something not possible before.

Importantly, AES shares our established mission of providing service excellence.   We understand the importance of your mission and are absolutely dedicated to a smooth and seamless transition.  Therefore, all signed contracts and terms remain in place and will be serviced as agreed.  Auction Automations customers that have not yet agreed to a contract for 2009 will be serviced under a new AES contract.
